Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the order if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return:

  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
  • Our team will review the request and guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

Color Variation Notice

Due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and fabric dye lot variations, the actual color of the fabric may slightly differ from what appears on the website. Such minor variations do not qualify as defects.
